on that day itself we will be buying a few 1.5 litres bottle drinks and a packet of ice and put inside the ice-box. so we'll need to buy cups. btw, the bbq pit is in area c pit 14. anyway. can ppl call me if you not coming? thank you!

ok firstly, just to remind you guys.

CLASS BARBECUE

venue: east coast park(majorty votes)

time: 3pm to 9pm(majority votes)

date: 10th november 2006

ok. for the barbecue pits, i put livia in-charge since she seems to know all about it and was so excited. she will be reserving the 6metres one as she said is better (:

if those who are not able to attend the barbecue, please call me to inform me latest by 6 nov.

if you don't know my number, be smart and ask around.(:

if anybody is interested to bring food to the barbecue, please tell me and make sure its halal and vegetarian as sree is a vegeterian. if there are anymore allergies, please call to inform me too. oh,any volunteers to bring the drinks are most welcomed too. oh, NO BEER!

if you want to rent bicycle or watsoever, please bring your own money. i'll post again to tell you guys wat you nedd to bring. and do you all want to play in the sea? please tag.
